By submitting this instrument for service, you authorize Rosco Guitars Ltd. to perform the requested work. You acknowledge and agree to the following:

Scope of Work: Service may include disassembly, hardware removal, soldering, routing, or adjustments to string tension and geometry as required to meet the agreed-upon specifications.
Discovery & Unforeseen Issues: If, during the course of service, additional repairs are identified as necessary for the safety or playability of the instrument, we will pause work and contact you for authorization before proceeding.
Inherent Risks: While we handle every instrument with professional care, Rosco Guitars is not responsible for the failure of pre-existing structural issues, brittle finishes (such as aged nitrocellulose), or hidden manufacturing defects that may be revealed during standard repair procedures.
Parts & Materials: Customers are responsible for the cost of all parts, strings, and consumables used during the service as outlined in the quote.
